Invicta protects your privacy in accordance with the rules and laws that govern our role as data processor and data controller. We collect personal data on our website https://access.ilum.no to use for the services Ilum Access (online portal) and Ilum Mobile (app) (ILUM Products) and to directly communicate with Invicta.
By establishing a customer relationship and registering for our services, you agree to our privacy policy.
Invicta complies with Norwegian privacy legislation, and both our solutions and our storage of data satisfy relevant security requirements. We satisfy the legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation as laid down in Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679.
What data do we register about you?
Invicta only collects information that you give us or relating to the use of our services.
When you establish a user profile in Invicta (ILUM), or directly contact us, your contact information is registered in our business system. This comprises your name, phone number, e-mail address and password. This information is stored in our database to perform or ensure delivery of the service you have ordered.
We also store information when you contact us, for example, when you send an e-mail to Invicta.
We register information about users’ devices and about the devices’ connection to our services. Such information includes the type of device, operating system, browser information, IP address and cookies.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your PC, mobile phone or tablet. The file contains information such as your website settings, technical information about the device you use to log on with, which website pages you visit and how you navigate between pages.
How do we use your personal data?
We use your information to deliver our services, and to improve our services and adapt them to your needs.
We will use your contact information to, for example, send reports on the performed service (oil analysis) and to identify you as a user of ILUM products.
We use cookies for purposes such as obtaining statistics, receiving error messages and temporary storage of information when you use various services on our website. The information we collect is used to analyse use of the website, in order to improve your user experience as a visitor to our website. The cookie is normally stored until the next time you visit the website, and is then replaced with a new cookie containing information about your most recent visit.
Sharing
Invicta does not share personal data with third parties. Invicta never sells personal data.
It should be noted that Invicta may be legally obliged to deliver personal data to public authorities etc. as a result of a legal decision, law or regulation.
How is you data deleted?
Invicta stores your information until you ask for it to be deleted. You can do this via the ILUM Access portal, or by contacting Invicta directly.
We automatically delete the contact information of customers who have been inactive for five years.
