New Frame Agreement with COSL Offshore Management AS

In May 2011 Invicta AS and COSL Offshore Management AS agreed on a frame agreement for the delivery of analytical services for used oils.

This involves oil samples from COSL Pioneer, which this summer will mobilize for Statoil. The contract has options to include COSLInnovator and COSLPromoter, and also flotels COSLRigmar and COSLRival.
Oil samples to be tested is from equipment that is essential for the maintenance of operations and safety during drilling and sailing, and is part of a condition based maintenance philosophy.
COSL Offshore Management AS is very pleased with Invica's delivery time of 48 hours after receipt of the sample.
